1. I am unable to attend the concert on
the rescheduled date can I get a refund?
Ticketmaster will contact all customers by email in the
next 5 working days, this email will contain full instructions
on how to obtain a refund.
Please apply for a full refund prior to midday November
14 th 2007.
2. What will happen to tickets that
are refunded?
After the 15 th November they will be offered to a list
of winners selected randomly from original registrations.
3. I have purchased tickets and
I am able to attend the concert on the rescheduled date
do I need to do anything to confirm my tickets?
No, all ticket purchases will automatically transfer to
the new date unless you specifically request a refund as
per above.
4. I cannot attend on the rescheduled
date can someone else go in my place?
No, all original collection information remains unchanged,
see below for full Terms & Conditions.
5. I didn't win but I have obtained
a passcode that does not belong to me can I use it?
NO, please see below instructions issued to ballot winners
with passcodes on or after 22 nd October 2007.
This passcode is non-transferable.
Only the winner of the ballot as named above is eligible
to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets using this passcode and
a credit card in their name.
Tickets purchased by anyone other
than the winner of the ballot as named above will be cancelled.
The tickets purchased using this
passcode are non-transferable.
You have until 5pm Thursday 25 th
October to complete your purchase. This is United Kingdom
GMT time.
Your individual passcode can only
be used once and will be invalid after the deadline as mentioned
above has passed.
There are NO REFUNDS unless the
show is cancelled or rescheduled, if you cannot personally
attend the show in accordance with our terms and conditions
DO NOT purchase the tickets.
Terms and conditions
Your individual passcode can only be used
once and will be invalid after the deadline as mentioned
above has passed. Your passcode is strictly
for your own personal use only. It may not be
transferred or sold to any other person or body under any
circumstances, nor may it be used in any way for commercial
gain. If you breach this term we reserve the right
to cancel your passcode with immediate effect. If
your passcode is used to purchase tickets by any person
other than you, we reserve the right to immediately cancel
those tickets.
The tickets purchased using your passcode
are for your own personal use only and may not be transferred
or re-sold to any other person or body under any circumstances
for any consideration whatsoever or used as part of any
promotion or competition. Where there has been any
re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets, we reserve
the right to cancel those tickets with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to cancel any
ticket purchase made by any person whom we reasonably believe
to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.
NO tickets will be mailed out. All concert
goers must pick up their tickets and non-transferable wristbands
in advance of the show at the O2 Arena between 10am and
6pm on Sunday 9 th December and between 10am and 6pm on
Monday 10th December. To avoid long queues on the day of
the show you are strongly urged to pick up your tickets
and wristbands on Sunday 9 th December or arrive as early
as possible on Monday 10th December, please be aware that
ticket collection will be busy at peak times and you should
anticipate having to wait to be served.
To collect the tickets each original purchaser
and the person accompanying them to the show must be present
in order to pick up the tickets and wristbands. NO exceptions
Each original purchaser must provide
the actual credit card used for the purchase along with
valid state-issued PHOTO ID in order to receive the tickets
and non-transferable wristbands. All wristbands
will be fitted immediately. The name on your photo
ID must match the name against which your passcode is registered
AND the name on the credit card used for the ticket purchase,
otherwise you may be refused entry to the event.
There will be no exceptions to the above,
no name changes or letters of authorisation will be accepted
under any circumstances.
On the night of the show EVERYONE will be
required to present BOTH the WRISTBAND and TICKET for entrance
to the show. Wristbands must NOT be removed or tampered
with prior to entering the show or your access will be refused.
Original ticket holders must bring photo ID to the show
as they may be required to present it upon entry to the
venue.
The original conditions of sale will be enforced.
These passcodes and tickets are non-transferable under any
circumstances and any resale or transfer, or attempted resale
or transfer, will invalidate your passcode and any ticket
purchase made using that passcode.
No refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

6. What will happen to the unused
passcodes from previous ballots?
They have expired and can no longer be used.
7. What happens to any remaining
unsold tickets?
They will be offered out by random selection from the remaining
applicants who registered.

8. Can I still register for the
ballot?
Unfortunately the ballot has now closed and no further
registrations can be accepted.
9. What if I require disabled access?
If you a successful applicant and require disabled access
the email as mentioned above will contain all the information
you require to arrange accessible seating.
10. How many tickets can I buy and
how much are they?
Ticket purchases will be restricted to no more than 2 per
successful registrant and all tickets will be £125
plus booking fee.

Fund?
The Ahmet Education Fund is a charitable fund which is
